We understand that sometimes a product may need to be returned, and we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
Please Contact Us First
As we work with a range of fulfilment partners and suppliers, all returns must be authorised by us before being sent back.
Please do not return your item to the sender’s address shown on the parcel or packaging. This is not necessarily the correct returns address, and sending it there without approval may result in your return being delayed, rejected, or lost.

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll let you know whether your return has been approved and provide the correct return instructions.
Important Return Information
To be eligible for a return, items must generally be:

Requested within the relevant return period

Authorised by us before being sent back
We reserve the right to refuse any return that is sent without prior approval.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may ask for photos so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.
Returns Address
Please do not send your order back to the sender’s address or any address on the packaging unless we have specifically authorised it.
We will provide the correct return address once your return request has been approved.
